Welcome

Welcome to Occasional Creek Maple, maple syrup and maple products made by the Delaney clan since 2004 (even if the kids didn’t really start helping until 2009. But who’s counting?)

We are currently collecting sap from 66 taps along Old Pelham Road in Belchertown, MA. For the first time since starting in this hobby, we are actually not boiling sap to make syrup this year. Instead, we are selling the sap that we collect to help fund our 2010 season. We still need to invest in a proper wood fired evaporator, bigger storage tanks, more tubing… it never ends!

As we finish our 2009 season and get ready for 2010, we’ll be writing about it as we go, and you can read the latest updates listed over to the right.

Thanks for visiting, and we hope to see you at the Shack!
